Process Manager

In a busy branch, reaching out and responding effectively to customers and members is often a process involving different steps, people, and locations. A teller or service rep who identifies a need for a new account is required to pass the opportunity along to a colleague in retail or commercial banking, trust or insurance. That colleague in turn must be alerted and respond promptly, while interest is still strong on the part of the customer or member. Often the opening of a new account requires a review or approval step, and a prompt contact to follow up on the result.
