David R. Vey has served as Chairman of the Board since May 2003 and has been a Director of the Company since March 2003. Mr. Vey founded Vey Development, Inc., a privately held residential and commercial real estate development company, with primary real estate holdings in Louisiana, and has served as its President since 1983. Mr. Vey is a managing member in Oak Harbor Investments in addition to numerous other real estate venture partnerships. Mr. Vey holds a Bachelor of Arts, Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Science, Forest Management from Louisiana State University.

Timothy A. Rimlinger

Timothy A. Rimlinger has served as a Director since February, 2010.
Mr. Rimlinger has been with SEDONA Corporation since its inception and joined full time in January 1996 as Director of Technology Development. He has served as President of the Company since January 2011. Prior to that, he served as Vice President Engineering and Chief Technology Officer and was charged with leading SEDONA's engineering organization in the design, development, and delivery of all components of the company's CRM application strategy.
Mr. Rimlinger has over 25 years of experience in leading the development of cutting edge software applications. Prior to joining SEDONA, Mr. Rimlinger architected and developed advanced visualization and networked data management technologies working in Research & Development as a Senior Development Engineer at GE Aerospace and Lockheed Martin (1985-1996).
He received his B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and his MS in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.

Vanessa Vey

Vanessa V. Vey has served on the Board of Directors since February, 2010. Ms. Vey has demonstrated skills in financial data and cash flow analysis and is currently a Credit Analyst at the First NBC Bank. Prior to holding that position, she managed activities relative to creating and administering accounts in accordance with terms creating trust, business entity, or legal settlement as a Trust & Institutional Banking Administrator. Prior to joining First NBC Bank, Ms. Vey held financial positions with Copy Doc America, LLC and Hollingsworth Richards Motor Group.
Ms. Vey earned a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University and earned her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Alabama.
