HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
SEDONA CRM or
SEDONA MRM housed within your bank or credit union requires a Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, or any commercial-grade Linux/Unix server for which Java 1.4 JVM is available. Determining server system hardware requirements for
SEDONA CRM or
SEDONA MRM is based on the number of accounts at a bank or credit union, the expected growth rate over five years, and how much historical data your financial institution expects to save. The following table will allow you to estimate the hardware required for your institution.

DATABASE REQUIREMENTS
In addition to the operating system, the SEDONA server requires a relational database management system (RDBMS). Currently SEDONA supports Oracle 8i, Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g, SQL Server 2000, iSeries V5R2, and IBM DB2 7.2 and higher on Windows/Linux/Unix platforms. Choice of RDBMS depends on your financial institution's preference.
All other server software needed is provided with SEDONA CRM/SEDONA MRM and is configured for use by SEDONA CRM or SEDONA MRM.
WORKSTATION REQUIREMENTS
Your systems only need to support a standard web browser, Microsoft IE 6.0 recommended.
Recommended screen resolution is at least 1024x768.
Although not required, Adobe Acrobat Reader can be used for viewing and printing reports. SEDONA CRM and SEDONA MRM have synchronization capabilities with Microsoft Outlook, and many of our clients use Microsoft MapPoint for geographical display.
