The meeting will be held at the Homewood Suites by Hilton-Valley Forge, located at 681 Shannondell Blvd., Audubon, PA 19403 on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, at 11:00AM EDT. Shareholders and interested parties are invited to attend in person. Those unable to attend in person may attend by conference call (details provided below).
Conference Call: SEDONA will provide for a listen-only conference call of its Annual Shareholder Meeting. In order to participate in the conference call, dial (877) 432-4708 (US and Canada) or (706) 643-4636 (International) about 5 to 10 minutes prior to the 11:00AM EDT conference call, and ask for the "SEDONA Annual Shareholder Meeting". Callers will be required to give their complete name, affiliation and phone number to the operator to participate in the call. You will hear the full Annual Meeting, which will include a presentation by David R. Vey, Chairman and CEO of SEDONA, and a Q&A session held with meeting attendees.
