Natco Credit Union Selects SEDONA as Provider for MRM Application and Services

SEDONA® Corporation (OTCBB: SDNA), a leading provider of Customer and Member Relationship Management (CRM/MRM) solutions for small and mid-size financial services organizations, today announced that Natco Credit Union (www.natcocu.org) has selected SEDONA as its MRM (member relationship management) application and services provider.

Natco Credit Union, located in Richmond, Indiana, is a Bradford-Scott Data Corporation (www.bradfordscott.com) client using the Sharetec System, and is a not-for-profit member owned financial cooperative with $47 million in assets, servicing approximately 14,000 members.

Natco Credit Union CEO Cindy Gribben commented, "Because we are a member owned not-for-profit financial cooperative, each dollar of profit is passed along to our members in the form of higher dividends on savings, lower interest on loans, or new and improved services. The Intarsia MRM technology, along with the Sharetec system, will enable us to provide exactly the right product or service our members need to achieve their financial service goals. This will further enhance our goal of providing the best financial services, at the lowest cost. "

Headquartered in Indianapolis, Bradford-Scott is a leading provider of core data processing systems to credit unions. Bradford-Scott distributes the Sharetec System from Minnesota based Sharetec Systems, Inc. There are currently more than 300 credit unions using the Sharetec System, making it one of the most widely installed credit union software packages in the United States. Bradford Scott has been serving the credit union industry since 1992 with its largest customer serving more than 31,000 members.

Kevin Kolar, Vice-President at Bradford-Scott commented, "Our customers are committed to providing the very best services for their members. Bradford-Scott is driven to help them achieve that worthy goal. Without changing the daily tasks they have become accustomed to, Intarsia's tight integration with the Sharetec system, affords them a much more comprehensive view of the member relationship, and the needs of those members. The result is increased service to the member, and increased revenue at a lower cost to the credit union."

SEDONA President and CEO Marco Emrich commented, "By continuing to show their clients the advantage of the very best comprehensive MRM technology in the market place, Bradford-Scott has certainly shown the industry their commitment to providing their clients with the tools necessary to grow and prosper. We are pleased to be partners with Bradford-Scott, and welcome Natco to our growing number of Intarsia users."
