David R. Vey has also served as Chairman of the Board since May 2003 and has been a Director of the Company since March 2003. Mr. Vey founded Vey Development, Inc., a privately held residential and commercial real estate development company, with primary real estate holdings in Louisiana, and has served as its President since 1983. Mr. Vey is a managing member in Oak Harbor Investments in addition to numerous other real estate venture partnerships. Mr. Vey holds a Bachelor of Arts, Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Science, Forest Management from Louisiana State University.

Timothy A. Rimlinger

Timothy Rimlinger has over 25 years of experience in leading the development of cutting edge software applications.
Mr. Rimlinger has been with SEDONA Corporation since its inception and joined full time in January 1996 as Director of Technology Development. He was promoted to Vice President Engineering and Chief Technology Officer in 2000 and is charged with leading SEDONA's engineering organization in the design, development, and delivery of all components of the company's CRM application strategy.
Mr. Rimlinger has over 25 years of experience in leading the development of cutting edge software applications. Prior to joining SEDONA, Mr. Rimlinger architected and developed advanced visualization and networked data management technologies working in Research & Development as a Senior Development Engineer at GE Aerospace and Lockheed Martin (1985-1996).
He received his B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and his MS in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.

Kimberly M. Thomas

Kim Thomas brings more than 25 years of software engineering experience to her position at SEDONA.
Ms. Thomas has been with SEDONA Corporation since its inception and joined full-time in 1996. She has been involved in the design, development, and delivery of all components of the company's CRM application. Ms. Thomas currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Director of Product Strategy.
Ms. Thomas has over 25 years of experience in leading the development of cutting edge software applications. Prior to joining SEDONA, Ms. Thomas led a team of engineers at Lockheed-Martin that designed and developed a robust class library for client/server database applications. Government contract wins were a direct result of on-site demonstrations of this heterogeneous database access server. Prior to her employment at SEDONA, she worked as a Senior Engineer for GE Aerospace.
Kim received her B.S. Degree in Management Science/Operations Research and Marketing from Shippensburg University and her MBA in Finance from Temple University.
